3-HR Pennsylvania Understanding Leases Course
The Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers will sponsor a three-hour Pennsylvania Continuing Education class -- Understanding Leases on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 9:00 am to noon at Andy’s Diner, 2224 Lincoln Highway (Rte 1) Trevose, PA 19053 (215-638-1444)
From farmland to factories, from malls to warehouses, from hotels to offices, from stores to apartments, more than 60% of Pennsylvania real estate is leased, not owned outright. This course reviews basic lease law, both common law and Pennsylvania statutes.
Please register early for this class which qualifies for three (3) hours of Continuing Education Credit for Pennsylvania Licensed Appraisers and Assessors.
Tuition for the class is $65 per person, which includes all course materials, breakfast at 8:30 am and lunch at noon, and may be paid by check or online. The class covers required topics of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Appraisers Certification Act and the Assessors Certification Law, and the Regulations of the Pennsylvania State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers. It emphasizes changes to the laws made during the past two years, and offers a refresher on the provisions most relevant to everyday practice.
