May Meeting: Making the Most of Your Website

The May Chapter Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at the Doubletree Guest Suites in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The Board of Directors will meet at 5:00 pm; the general meetings starts at 6:30. The guest speaker will be Kevin Fitzsimmons of WSI Marketing who will talk about "The Best Way to Utilize Your Company Website." A graduate of Drexel University, Mr. Fitzsimmons has done marketing, advertising and promotions for the Bell Atlantic Yellow Pages, AT&T Broadband, his own company, and now for We Simplify the Internet (WSI). The program qualifies for one hour of ASA Continuing Education Credit. Dinner is $35 per person for members and guests. Make checks payable to ASA Philadelphia Chapter 35. Thursday, May 15, 2008:  The Multidisciplinary Appraisal Lecture and Tour of the historic Masonic Hall Grand Lodge in New York City features discussions by Ellen Epstein, ASA, Joe Novelli, ASA, and Paul Roberts, ASA. The event is co-sponsored by RICS, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Friday, May 16, 2008:  ASA International President, John Willey, FASA, will offer the 7-hr USPAP Update Course at the Holiday-Inn-Harmon Meadows in Secaucus. The course is for appraisers who've already taken the full course.
