2-Hour New Jersey Real Property Appraisal Law Course

The Northern New Jersey Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers will sponsor a two (2) hour New Jersey Real Property Appraisal Law Course from 4:00-6:00 pm on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at LuNello's 182 Stevens Ave, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009 (Phone: 973-837-1660) [Map]. The instructor will be Robert J. Luciani, ASA.

The two hour New Jersey Real Property Appraisal Law Course is required for all Licensed New Jersey Real Property Appraisers before the next license renewal. It emphasizes changes to the laws and regulations made during the past two years, and offers a refresher on the provisions most relevant to everyday practice.

Please register early for this mandatory class which qualifies for two (2) hours of Continuing Education (CE) Credit for New Jersey Licensed Appraisers. Course approval for the CE credit is pending with the New Jersey State Board of Real Estate Appraisers.
